Refusing delivery:

In the event that the delivered goods have been tampered with or are not intact, the customer may refuse to sign the delivery document.

The goods will be returned to Aurilio srl without additional charges from the customer.

How to return the goods:

If you are a registered user, CLICK HERE and log in to your account. In the control panel, click on the "Order details/Return activation" item. In the order history that will appear, click on"Details" and select the products you want to return. In the section of your account renamed "Return history" you can view which products you have requested to return and the progress of the request.

If you are not yet registered, CLICK HERE and convert your guest account to a customer account and follow the return procedure described above.

After verifying all the data, we will give you instructions to arrange the collection.

A telephone number, the name of a contact person, and confirmation of your address where to collect the package will be required.

Keep the adhesive label that you found inside the package, to be completed and applied to the package itself at the time of the return, and reuse the packaging you received with the delivery.

Returns for product exchange:

The Customer who wishes to exchange a size or color must submit the request through the dedicated section in their customer account within 30 days of receiving the goods. The products to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way and must be returned necessarily in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer.

Only one free product exchange is allowed in Italy for each item.

The first return shipment of products, in Italy, is at the expense of AURILIO SRL, or FREE for the customer.

Aurilio e-commerce (Aurilio.com) ensures a customer service during working days, from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 12.00 pm. Assistance requests sent over the weekend will be reviewed starting from the following Monday morning, while requests received on public holidays will be answered starting from the first working day following.

Returns with refund:

Any refunds will be made as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item is completed.

For orders paid with credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will be visible on the subsequent credit card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the credit card circuit used.

For orders paid with PayPal or bank transfer, the amount will be refunded to the original account.

Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return an item purchased on the AURILIO.IT website, please remember that:

The items to be returned must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their internal and external labels without repairs and with the relevant purchase document). The return of the products must be made within 14 days of picking up the goods.

Returns must always be made in the same country in which the purchase was made.
